SHIPPING TIMES

We offer our standard delivery timeframe of between 7 and 10 business days for most apparel including headwear (hats, caps, and beanies). For specialty products such as backpacks and footwear, expect 10 to 30 business days (due to the highly custom nature of these products.)

Heads To Threads takes all necessary steps to best adhere to delivery times. All shipping timeframes listed on our website are estimates.

We do not currently ship orders to Hawaii or outside the United States.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS OR OVERNIGHT/EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

No, we do not offer rush/overnight/expedited shipping. This is because custom products typically take anywhere form 2 to 4 business days to pick, print, sort, and package. We need time to process your order since all orders are printed on demand. 

During holidays, our production time may vary. Please plan accordingly and allow for proofing, production, and processing times if you are interested in ordering from us.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Orders may take up to 4-8 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update. 

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.
